  • cucumber - 250 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 180 g;

  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce;

  1. Cut the cucumbers into long slices. After that, sprinkle with salt and leave to let the juice go. After 20 minutes, drain the liquid and sprinkle the cucumbers with pepper, coriander, chopped garlic.
  2. We start to deal with beef. Cut into thin sticks and fry in oil for a couple of minutes. Add the onion cut into half rings and simmer for another minute. Next, put the pepper, cut into strips, pour in the soy sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  3. Put the resulting mass on slices of cucumbers, season with vinegar, black pepper and sugar. Keep in the cold for 20-30 minutes, serve.
